Sarah Clause, the House Fairy, visited Brandon the other night because he did such a great job cleaning up his room from the weekend. He got a "pirate playset" and has now decided he wants to be a Pirate when he grows up! I've told him he'll have to find out what it takes to care for a pet parrot...AAARGH...Shiver me timbers ... ahoy thar matey... he had all the lingo going for him :-)It was forcasted to be about 70 on Monday, so I pulled out a very springy outfit for Laedyn. At daycare that day she managed to pull off part of the flower and partially consume it before Ms. Maxie saw what she was up to...When Brandon wasn't playing pirate that morning, he helped by putting Laedyn's hat back on every time she yanked it off. She thought it was funny, but eventually gave up & left it on. I can't say as much for the shoes. They lasted about 3 minutes - tops. What cuties...
I'm thinking Laedyn is going to be learning how to crawl any time now. Currently she can scoot around while sitting, leaning and pivoting. She also does the backward scoot while on her belly by pushing with her arms. She just hasn't figured out how to get those knees up and going...
