It's amazing how long a single day seems when it's being photographically documented. Brandon went to day care this morning & took Sneezy the Lion with him. He's giving me more grief about taking his picture recently. He used to be a real photo hog. Now I have to bribe him - if he doesn't let me get a good picture he can't see any of them. He LOVES to see the pictures on the camera's little screen. The need for instant gratification starts early...

Laedyn watched her first Baby Einstein video. She really seemed to like it. Every time a baby was on the screen she smiled. Before I put it in, nothing was making her happy. She was very fussy. Jema was her usual loungy self throughout the day, as you can see from the Baby Einstein shot...

Rather than sleeping all day as she has been until now, Laedyn is starting to work her way into an afternoon nap. Today she was awake all morning & then when I was working on clearing out the last of our "junk room" pile, she fell asleep in the bouncy seat & slept until Brandon came home around 5pm.



He's really getting to be an accomplished crayon artist ...Here's today's offering. The best yet to date.

Later, we packed up and headed out to Maumelle Park for a subway picnic. Mom & Dad (AKA Mamo & Papa) are in Ohio, so we went out to check on the airstream. All seemed to be in order.

Brandon liked Mamo's hat & modeled it for us.

Whew - that's a long day, looking back at all the pictures I took! Now I'm ready to turn in. Brandon is sound asleep & as been for awhile. Laedyn is snoozing in her bouncy seat. Nick is snoring on the couch. It's bed time...
